We strive to provide our customers with an extraordinary level of care when it comes to handling and shipping your product.

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.  Processing times may exceed 48 hours during large sale events.   

We attempt to get product to you in an expedited manner but cannot assume responsibility for delays in shipment, including but not limited to delays arising from acts of God, natural disaster, weather, orders or acts of military or civil authority, national/international emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Orders shipped within the United States greater than $135 ship FREE!
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation so you can track your package(s).
  • You can always log into your account to track your order.

***INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS***

  • Free shipping is NOT available for international orders. 
  • Our prices and shipping charges DO NOT include any import fees, taxes, custom fees, VAT, country-specific mail service fees, etc.  Depending on your country's import laws and mail system, you may have additional fees due before delivery to your address.
  • Customer is responsible for all import duties and fees for international shipments and any additional duties or taxes imposed by local government.
  • No refunds will be given for any delivery delays, refused packages, or issues on international orders related to customs fees, taxes, VAT, etc., including buyer not paying taxes/import fees, or not picking item up from local postal office.  International Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import fees, taxes for buyer's country, VAT, duties, etc.
